We really enjoyed our stay at Starhotels Tuscany. It was a very nice room and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Rooms were spacious and nice. Staff were friendly. Tram stop right across the hotel made it easy to hop on hop off and get to places easily. Definitely recommend this hotel. Because of this hotel we changed our hotel in Naples to Starhotels however that wasn’t as good as this.

Service at counter was quite nice. There was no porter to help with the luggage. Our price included breakfast and we had a very early flight, so we were offered breakfast boxes. It was very thoughtful of the hotel to do that.

We picked this hotel because the price was fine and the pictures of the facilities looked nice. Outside the hotel looked a bit sketch, but when you go inside, it's not bad. The room we got looked elegant and was very clean. The location is not walking distance to the attractions, but it is right next to the tram stop. We saved hundreds of dollars, by not choosing a place in the tourist area. The tram came by every 6 minutes and gets you to the main part of Florence in just 5 minutes. With the money we saved, we splurged on the great steaks you get in Florence.

Nice Hotel - Helpful Staff - Only problem is the A/C not working and when I opened the window for fresh air and to cool the room I was attached by mosquitos all night.
