The breakfast at the boutique hotel is FIRST RATE and should be a strong consideration for staying there, in addition to the close proximity to both the train station and the historic center of Florence. Giovanni, in particular, was an excellent concierge and front desk associate. Staying at this hotel will save you taxi money getting to the area of the train station where many tours leave and where you can ride a tram in direct from the airport in 30 minutes.

Good central place to stay in Florence
This hotel is a good central place to stay with very nice staff and a great breakfast selection, an issue i would have is the terrible smelling cleaning products they use... Also, on check in i was not offered a room upgrade or the complimentary drinks as a gold member, I book certain hotels for the extras offered and get very disappointed when they are not carried out.. or even offered

We stayed in a family room which is spacious and in good condition. The only downside is the limited space in the sink area makes it hard to store the toothbrushes and other items for a family of 4.. Otherwsie, everything is great!!

The location is super convenient, walkable to most of the tourist areas. Rooms are clean, modern and bright, which I like the most. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We went to Florence as a family. Enjoy the staying very much. Definitely recommend!
