The bar/restaurant was closed…we were not informed…shuttle from airport stops at 10…was not informed and when they said shuttle to cruise port…oh, they do…but you pay! Very very disappointed

Very disappointed
No one told us that the restaurant and bar had burned down. Pool was closed for renovations, we had no where to eat breakfast as we didn’t have a car. Had to order delivery for dinner. The office was in a room. If we would have known this we would’ve found another hotel, as we used all our points. The room was clean though. I think the hotel should’ve gave a heads up!!
