We reserved for 4 adults and they provided towels for 2, and when we request they took too long to service. Never received room cleaning, they are the worst in customer service desk.

This hotel is absolutely DISGUSTING! I would not recommend anyone stay here. The room was infested with roaches. They were crawling everywhere; walls, bathrooms, counter top, bed. It was gross. Contact was made night one about spraying and it was never done. Day 2 it was worse. Went to the front desk to speak to the manager. The number was left and the manager, John Demer, refused to call back. They were unable to switch to another La Quinta and moved rooms instead. Later when dropping off a key John was rude and intolerable and refused to offer any assistance and compensation. He felt moving rooms was adequate even though roaches infest a whole building. Then the new room wasn’t cleaned properly because there was reach left in the room on the floor. Then he was sarcastic and informed that no compensation could be provided because we booked through hotels.com even though we paid the hotel directly!! You’ve been warned of this dump and Hotels.com please remove them from your listing.
