Basic, no frill place to sleep

Basic accommodations, staff was friendly, bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit worn, and there was mold and mildew all the way around the rim of the sink. (room 223) The room seemed musty and damp. I was only there for 2 nights as my home was being tented for termites, so it served it's purpose. Wish I had taken photos.

When I book a hotel I don't have high expectations. For example, it didn't bother me when the ice machine was removed from my floor, I can simply go to another floor. In my room, the TV didn't work for the duration of my stay. They sent someone up to fix it who didn't speak English. I have nothing against that person, it's just difficult to communicate issues and resolutions when there is a language barrier. TV quit working again 2 hours after he "fixed it" but didn't want to go through that struggle again and I didn't want to be a bothersome guest to the staff. There were always a lot of young adult men just loitering throughout the hotel at all hours - the lobby, the floor hallway my room was on, etc. The entire hotel was very dirty. Guests were extremely loud and obnoxious on my floor throughout the sleeping hours on Saturday night - almost as if they had a disregard for other guests and a disregard for customary respectful behaviors in a hotel.

Garbage overrunning at the exterior entrance. Standard of up keep in room is poor. Breakfast provision of warm / not hot water and when asked, "oh you have to reheat in room, this is after you've checked out.
