We just got off a cruise and needed a place to rest for a couple of days before we flew home. Wayne was outstanding at the check in desk. His customer service was amazing. I also liked that they had a laundry room to wash clothes before we left. Less to do when we got home. Clean and safe. Rooms were pretty big as well

They now charge 40 dollars for early check in which is understandable but 40 dollars plus the cost of the room isn’t worth paying 200 dollar or more. The only reason I choose this place when I’m in town was because of the early check in. The room has a moldy smell, the pillows are plastic and cut up, you can hear the plastic rattle in your ear everytime you move, the walls are super thin. Good luck trying to sleep past 9AM. You can hear everything in the hallways and it gets worse around 10:30 when housekeeping start to clean. You can hear them knock on every door. Not to mention they try to rush you to check out by knocking on your door at 10:20 - 10:30 when check out is at 11.
