We had to change rooms 3 times… they were all gross and not cleaned. The second room we got that was supposed to make us feel better, the bed wasn’t even made, there was a huge red stain on the pillow.. kind of my fault I didn’t know La Quinta’s reputation, but this was just insane. We ended up getting an ok room, but still disgusting and did not feel clean. The breakfast was super limited, best part was the DIY waffles.

I stayed in room #300, and unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard. After taking a shower and walking from the bathroom to the bed, I noticed my feet were covered in black dirt from the carpet. This was extremely unpleasant and concerning. Cleanliness should be a top priority, and I was disappointed by this oversight. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests have a better experience.

Cuando llegamos al lobby del hotel estaba limpio y se veía muy bien. Los empleados les faltó carisma. Luego subimos al cuarto y de primera impresión la habitación se veía bien. Luego comenzaron poco a poco a salir cucarachas del cuarto. En total eliminamos 6 cucarachas del cuarto. La habitación tenía mucho polvo, las mesas sucias y las paredes. El cuarto tiene alfombra y se puede apreciar que no le pasan la aspiradora. En general no volvemos a quedarnos en ese hotel.
