While the hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing, I encountered significant challenges with the reception staff's professionalism. Upon informing a staff member of my illness and requesting an additional two hours in my room while awaiting transportation, I was met with a discourteous response, even after offering to pay for the extended stay. Furthermore, after departing the state, I realized I had left my work phone behind and attempted to contact the front desk multiple times on Monday, but received no answer until Wednesday at 1:50 PM, despite having begun my calls at 9 AM. My frustration was compounded when a staff member disconnected my call twice while I was seeking assistance regarding my lost phone. Furthermore, I have yet to receive the necessary assistance regarding my situation. I was advised to contact the hotel again tomorrow, as the individual who possesses the keys for important Lost and found is not available at this time.

Clean but pool towel policy requires you to talk to the front desk each time you need to pick one up or drop one off. Can take a very long time to get a towel as the front desk lines are often long.

Very happy with this property. Clean, bright, and modern. In addition, we were able to check in at 10:00 AM. This was great, as we just got off a cruise ship with all our luggage. Would absolutely stay here again.

Too loud next to the highway, I could hear loud cars all night long. There was a truck beeping in the parking lot outside our window at 4:30 a.m. Did not get any sleep at this property. The beds were very hard.

This property was understaffed and unable to handle the volume of people that were staying at the hotel. The staff that were there tried hard but couldn't keep up. Also Manager was not available when I asked to speak with him and did not respond to email that I sent either.
