I understand that low-cost hotels lack the amenities and size of more expensive hotels. However, this motel is probably the worst I have ever stayed in. The room floor had not been swept or washed (it was grimy and dirty if you rubbed your finger on it), there was used tissue paper by the bed, and the sink/toilet were dirty. There was no toilet paper in the room.
They moved me to another room that had toilet paper, and the sink was cleaner, but the toilet was definitely not professionally cleaned, and the floor was still filthy. Even though worked all day with my boots on, I didn't take them off when I got back. I didn't want to make my socks gross walking on the floor.
The bed was comfy, and the sheets smelled/looked clean, so that was good. No coffee/tea/kettle for any hot drinks, and the heat did not work until part way through the second night. So the first night was cold, but the 2nd night wasn't bad.
I almost moved to another hotel, but I was only there to sleep. Next time, I won't stay there.
