be ready to pay a $15 parking fee!!!
the hotel was fine...while checking in, the clerk told me a $50 incidental charge would be added to our card AND a $15 parking fee...I asked where my car was going to be parked for $15...she replied...anywhere in the parking lot you want to park...it was an open parking lot...not covered or anything...I told them they were running a scam...$50 incidental fee and a $15 parking fee

Mgt team needs more training to allow this!!
Rm 427 the bathroom was not clean! The ceiling ova the shower is about to cave in! Thank God it didn’t while I was there! The bed sheets were dirty when upon service of changing the sheets the mgr looked at me as if y am I complaining of small red marks on the sheets! She then looked at her employee as if she was like “ r u kidding me”! Yes I am! The last time i stayed back n April 2024 no issues. The walls are very dirty! The towels were not fresh at all! If your employees can’t clean the rooms correctly then fired them n hired someone who don’t mind doing their jobs!

I tried to check in around midnight after a long drive and their computers were down. The clerk told those of us there he could not check anyone in until 3 am, forcing me to have to go somewhere else. And then when I tried to get a refund through Hotels.com, they informed me the property manager would not grant me a refund.

I recently booked a room here on 7/18/24 and checked out the morning of 7/19/24. When I checked in the key machine wasn’t working so I didn’t have immediate access to the room. Someone was supposed to let me in but I never seen the person. An hour later the key machine was working. Upon arrival I was charged $50 for incidentals. Rather high than what other hotels charge. Later in the day after I had checked out I was charged $15 dollars from what I now know was for parking. This wasn’t a listed charge when I booked the hotel and had it been known I wouldn’t have booked here. Nor was I told they charge for parking upon checking in. So I was shocked to see that charge. I’ve yet to see my $50 dollars refunded either. That said, I won’t be ever staying at that hotel again which is a shame because it’s convenient. Charging for parking at your hotel that I’m paying for is ridiculous. Never again.
