"Best beach and great golf course!"

"This was our first time at the Kona Rosewood Resort. We loved our stay. The Hale was spotless and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. The beach was great for snorkeling and the pools were relaxing. The best part is just how beautiful this property is. There are no ugly parts to this resort. We live on the BI and staycation in the resorts regularly. This one is a definite return for us. "

"It is an amazing location within driving distance of many beaches, restaurants, shopping, Kona, and the airport. We loved the quiet and relaxing vibe. Some beach amenities were provided for guest use as well which is a great bonus. Coffee maker, hair dryer, ceiling fan, fridge and microwave all in the room with external shared laundry. Highly recommend!"

"The property was very clean and well supplied. The owner left detailed instructions on entry and rules. There was local information provided which was a great help. On the other hand, the mattress was awful. Has seen better days a decade ago. You'll also want to close the door to the lanai as the neighbors are noisy. Also, starting about 3:30 am the rooster living next door starts incessantly crowing. Closing the door is necessary but makes the studio quite hot as there is no airflow or AC. The overhead fan helped somewhat. Overall, it was ok. Not my top stay in Kona "
