Horrible Experience !!
Not at good experience at all first we ask for a restroom and they don’t have a restroom in the lobby area, the carpet in are room has several stains, the shower drain was clogged, not hand soap, under the bed a lot of trash, overall the room is very old I will not recommend this hotel I’m really surprise that Ramada allow there name bean use

It was ok room ok clean towels and sheets on the second floor noise coming from kitchen area when im trying to sleep, no english channels on the tv, breakfast abit bland but alright

Very noisy air con and lift system, So pretty loud at night. Only a single pillow in the room as well. Decor is looking a bit dated. Room was very clean and the staff where helpful. The breakfast was also very good with a hot and cold option.

Not the 4 star I expected
Whilst the team are friendly it doesn’t make up for the dirty corridors with stained carpets and dirty walls. My room was roomy but not particularly clean as previous occupants black hair strands were trouble on display in the bathroom and bedroom. The room was well used and tired and can do with some love.

Une déception....
Hotel très bien situé près de la gare, du centre ville et du fleuve. Par contre le quartier est mal fréquenté surtout le soir. La rue est très bruyante. Je ne recommande pas pour des familles. Le confort est correct pour le prix. Le soir de notre arrivée nous avons aperçu deux acariens ressemblant probablement à des puces de lits dans la couette. Le personnel nous a immédiatement changé de chambre. Nous n'étions pas très rassurés pour la suite du voyage, mais nous n'avons pas observé d'autres acariens dans notre nouvelle chambre que nous avions méticuleusement inspectée.

It was a decent room, great for the price. The shower wouldn't drain and it overflowed/flooded our bathroom. Other than that it was a great cheap spot.
