The hotel was in a very convenient location directly across the train station. Hotel lobby remodeled and modern. Those are the only two positives. Rooms are outdated and dirty. The bathroom sink and drain on floor dirty and smelled. Everything in the room needed attention. Also our room faced a night club which played loud music until 6am. The worst part of my stay was the check in staff were not friendly. I tried to get help several times and the guy would not help. Extremely rude. He was checking everyone else in but not us even though we arrived much earlier. Not happy at all.

A Diamond in the Rough
Hotel is right across from the train station so it worked for us as one of our friends was compromised with walking ability. The area is not the greatest insofar as shopping or attractiveness but the hotel itself is wonderful! Very helpful and very clean.

Very nicely renovated and well kept property right across the street of the Frankfurt central station. The city area at night is a little shady but that’s not their fault. Overall a very good experience when travelling by train.

The location is great, right across the station and easy to find. The hotel charge things such as early check in, luggage hold, upgraded room. All the hotels I stayed in the passed, they didn't charge me these things. I had to self check in on the computer which took much longer than the receptionist check me in. Why paid customer had to work instead of hotel worker? I bought breakfast with my stay and paid when I checked in but the next morning I was told that they don't have my name as paid. So i had to ask the receptionist to give me a receipt but he said he couldn't give me till i check out. I needed to eat breakfast before I check out so it didn't make sense what he said. Eventually he wrote on the paper that i paid for breakfast so i could show that to the girl at breakfast to let me eat. One more thing. The shower stall was extremely small and the towels were very thin.

Check in was real slow a lot of people and done by computer and yourself if you have to drop bags before check in have to pay and put in storage the large ones were filled so you have to track guy down to get help with your bag to store

I like that it's central location and the fact that they were able to accommodate early check although it was at a cost of 20euro. I also like that we could store our luggages the day we were checking out at a fee, this allowed us to run some errands before catching our train. What I did not like: wifi was spotty at best, no phone in the rooms meaning we had to go at reception to ask questions, TV was not working on day 2 and to compensate the reception did offer to give use free snacks 😁😁. The sauna and fitness room were under Reno but we could still use the ones in the sister hotel which was next to thos hotel so not big of a deal. The twin beds are extremely small. Would I book there again if visiting Franckfort? Yes. The positive outweigh the negative.

Overall I liked the express hotel. I had to request more than one pillow. The laundry service was off on Friday. I was told people don’t stay around late on Friday to deliver back at 7pm. The staff was friendly and helpful. The overall area was convenient.

Perfect stay for 3 nights in Frankfurt. Staff was wonderful and we were able to check in early as we arrived at 6:30am. Love that it is close to train station, close walk to restaurants and shops. 15-20 min walk to Romberg.

The location next to the main station is very convenient albeit dodgy. The entrance is bright and clean with a modern self check-in. The halls are a bit stuffy and look like those in a dorm. The room is clean but the air conditioning didn't work well, the hair dryer didn't work properly (i.e., it kept shutting off), the shower leaked and the hose to the shower head leaked. Convenient and clean but needs refurbishment.

Self-check in doesn’t bother me. It went well. However, minimum customer service standards would allow for the hired clerks to at least greet me as I’m clicking and typing away. The make clerk was far friendlier with a few attractive female guests that went before me. The property is next to the train station which is convenient but filthy, loud, and crawling with sketchy looking characters. Don’t let you wife or kids walk outside alone. The room was cool and clean. WiFi was weak.

The property is literally next door to the Central Station, making transportation super convenient. The room itself was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy too. There are quite a few dining options available around the area. It should be noted that area around the property isn't safe after hours but that's the Frankfurt city's problem to solve.
