It’s on the outskirts of the French Quarter so it close enough to get to all the fun and far enough to get some peace and quiet when needed. The Starbucks in the lobby is a plus.

Even though we had room reservations from 6 months prior, our room was given away as weekend was a busy one for hotels in New Orleans. One of us had to sleep on floor, no extra blankets provided, we had to beg for them. Room outdated

Aging hotel with small bath rooms and terrible service. Understaffed front desk no matter the hour and bell staff are unreliable. I will not be returning. I would try elsewhere if you can since you are definitely not getting the bang for your buck.

We had a great 3 night stay. The hotel and our room were clean. Inside the hotel was nice and the bar and restaurant were good. There were a lot of homeless people outside of the hotel, and it didn't always feel safe. Security at the front entrance would have helped.
