I have it a low score because they didnt have any extra towels. The jacuzzi was not working and no room service. Also the tv channels said that they needed to be purchased so many channels you cannot watch and the tv did not have an option to connect youtube account

I been using this hotel for the last 7 years and always had an excellent experience, this last time stayed for 2 nights 11/22-11/24 as we arrived, checking in was easy and the front desk lady was amazing really helpful, going in side the room, found lots of hair in the bath tub and sheets, the bed sheets didn’t look like it was changed had a dirt stain and a bunch of hair. Other than that inside pool is great, breakfast was really good.

Overall my experience was fine. The staff was nice & my room was clean. The only two flaws I came across were that the spa was closed for remodel & the water pressure in the shower was horrible. It took 15 minutes for the water to get hot but I managed.

The hotel smelled like an old shoe. The website has the pool and spa working. The spa hasn't worked in over a year, said the night shift worker. I paid for a hotel that had these amenities and didn't get them. This is a common theme. Expedia- you need to promote the properties appropriately. Very disappointing. The hotel needed to freshen the place up. It smelled bad on the first and 3rd. floors.

The worse place to stay in fresno
The manger at this place is very disrespectful a the maid service they don’t clean the room well if you stay a couple days. There isn’t any breakfast
