First time at this hotel. Excellent in cleanliness. Only a 4 review because it lacked some bathroom supplies that the La Quinta we stayed at the night before. Front staff could be more welcoming. Loved that they took dogs with no fee.

Aweful experience, don’t have enough ways to put this horrible experience into words: Booked 3 rooms in this hotel for a group of 10 family members for Christmas Eve. My brother who is the caregiver for my 80 year old parents and who was staying in the same room as them went down and out for a smoke around 2:30-3am on 12/25 and when he was ready to go back up to the room had forgotten his room #. He had a key and explained the situation to the receptionist. The receptionist stated she wasn’t sure where he got the key from, confirmed the confirmation of the 3 rooms and said would call all 3 rooms but proceeded to do NOTHING! She didn’t call any of the rooms, didn’t give him his room number, and allowed him to stay in the cold hotel lobby! This is such poor customer service and the most cruel thing to do! This receptionist should not be working in any customer service place! Just unbelievable that someone would have to sleep in the lobby on Christmas until the change of staff shift at 8am! He is a disabled person, assisting his 80 year old parents with equipment and meds through the morning and day! FIRE THIS RECEPTIONIST!
