"Family friendly , we had a blast here and met other families there during the storm . The staff was super helpful when we lost our son’s hand held gaming device after we left . 2 days later we got a call from Matthew saying they found it and were even willing to accommodate sending it if we were not local. We do live in another state but I drove back as I was grateful they found it . We will stay again , next time we visit . Thank you guys for all that you do as a team at the double tree "

"I surprised my fiancè with a birthday trip to Portland. A few days before, I called and asked the hotel if they could hang a birthday banner and some balloons in our room if I had the decorations shipped there. Rebekah and Roman at the front desk were more than accommodating! When we got up to our room, it was decorated beautifully and really added something special to our trip. We have stayed here once before and cannot recommend this hotel enough. Perfect location, extremely comfortable rooms and bedding and just an overall great experience!"
