"I thought it was a lovely hotel with a great location and helpful staff. Minor gripe: the breakfast was too overpriced to take up and making the tea/coffee machine in the lobby free would have been a nice touch."

"Fantastic property. Clean, large rooms, friendly staff. Great amenities. Stayed on the 6th floor with executive lounge access. The staff running this was 5 star if not more. I cant say enough good things about them. Loved the convenience of the lounge and it has great views of the city. 5 minute walk to train station to get in and out of Cologne. Taxies were always around. 10 minute walk to old town across the bridge. Negative- bathroom a little dark. We will definitely be back on our next stay in Cologne. Thank you for making our stay amazing! We will be back."

"I stayed here around Christmas time. The Christmas market is right outside the hotel! I couldn’t have picked a better location. Close to the Cathedral and train station. Walking distance to main attractions. Staff were nice and helpful. The cafe at the main lobby was nice as well, breakfast was great. I highly recommend. "

"The stay was fantastic from start to finish with communication to execution during the stay through check out. Funny enough, Dilara Yildiz happened to be there during almost all of it, over the Christmas holiday in fact. That is why I took the extra time to write & review. She was incredibly upbeat about taking care of the customers and making sure that we all had what we needed when it was obvious she couldn't have had any more sleep than we had on our overnight flight from the US. Add that to a beautiful location, gorgeous room, the hotel was attached to a fantastic restaurant and it was all walkable to the cathedral, train station, river and anything else you want to get to. We were only there for two nights, but wish we had stayed longer. The views from our room were just wonderful and although some are bothered by the sounds of the city at night (restaurant and bar patrons singing German songs joyfully beyond midnight), we find it invigorating and amusing. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Dorint Hotel. It has a great central location that's walking distance to the train station, cathedral, Rhine river, shops, and great restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. I especially loved the large tub in the bathrooms. Would recommend."
