Amazing family friendly hotel, the team at kids club and pool area really go above and beyond Shiek (towel area at the pool) and his wonderful handmade toys always showing the kids cool things, the lovely team at kids club Norliza, Mariam, zubaidan & Renugaa made the kids adore kids club so that parents got a break and could head out for a massage! Thanks team Oh and the water slides were a huge win!

The staff are so genuinely friendly and helpful. The resort is arranged so you don’t have to leave to get food or go to the beach as you have direct beach access, though I did get out to do some exploration.

Absolutely amazing stay at Park Royal! Family room was spacious and very clean. Service was always quick, despite it being super busy. Breakfast was sometimes too crowded and required long wait times. This was sometimes difficult with young children. They should perhaps think about opening up additional places for breakfast to make it easier for guests.

Not a five star, good pool for children
We were charged a full day rate for half a day stay. The hotel then tried to charge me more than the full rate, even with confirmation of how much it’s supposed to be. The front of house team let down the rest of the staff. My family enjoyed the pool areas, however, there was never enough loungers near the pool in order to watch the children. The kids club had nice staff and also the tour desk, there was a very nice lady.

Very wonderful experience in the hotel. All staff in the hotel are very polite and with prompt response. The choice of breakfast buffet is perfect! I hope the service quality and the newness of the property can be maintained in future. One point is the swimming pool is not big as I imagine as I see the pictures of the hotel.
