Great location and amenities
Great location right on the beach with all amenities within walking distance. Very close to convention centre also. Lack of blockout curtains meant we slept quite poorly and some of the dishes were not well cleaned when we arrived but these were our only issues.

Nice unit with ocean view. Excellent location in walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. My 2nd stay here and plan to return again next year.

We enjoyed our stay. The ocean view from our apartment was fantastic ! The accommodation was close to the beach ,many restaurants and supermarket which was great too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we encountered was with the security fobs for the lifts. There were times when they didn’t work but that was due to the hotel going through a transitional system upgrade of the lifts.

Weekend away
Room clean and tidy. View from room amazing. 3 day weekend from Brisbane. Parked car in secure carpark and did not need until we left. everything we needed in walking distance. Plus the weather was perfect!

While the accommodation boasted a stunning view, the room itself was deeply disappointing. The bed was terrible, with an old, uncomfortable mattress that made sleeping difficult. The bathroom had an unpleasant odour, and the decor was tacky, featuring cheap furniture, five plastic plants, and an excessive number of seashell bowls. The crockery was mismatched, adding to the overall disarray. The lighting was harsh and inadequate, with only one bedside table available. Additionally, the air conditioning was unadjustable, making the room's temperature uncomfortable. On a positive note, the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, providing excellent service despite the many shortcomings of the room.

The room was clean and well furnished. Great views of the beach. There was an almost overwhelming number of dining options for both lunch and dinner.

Suite 2105 very disappointed
Unfortunately we were on the south side of the building so no daytime sun. 2105. The pool in the shade all day. Didn’t even bother with it. Supplies not replenished. The car park difficult and took a lot of time, 2 lifts, heading up several floors. Had to park out the front then move the car. No concierge. One bedroom didn’t even have a blind ! Considering we booked a beach front suite it was very disappointing. You also could not open the windows. The balcony was at the side in the shade overlooking a construction site. Very noisy. The building is in a great location but we arrived and were very disappointed.

Carpark was a challenge and the dual lift system just poor design. Lots of dust buil up inside the apartment and dirty floor tiles in the bathroom. Apartment was well appointed and views spectacular. Staff were fantastic and friendly, in particular the young male cleaner who opened doors for people etc..
