We understood we were getting a suite, but it was just a room with a hide-a-bed - their descriptions online need to be more...descriptive. And the staff didn't seem to care about that when we asked them why it wasn't a suite as we were expecting.

Rooms are spacious, good choices at breakfast, comfy beds! There is only maid service every 3 days so we were emptying our own garbages and tracking down staff for more toilet paper, towels etc, guess that is the norm now!
