Been staying at the Grandover since August on business. I'm on my 45th night. Told my family how great the property was (assife from 0 points being allocated) Attempted to check in today and was told room was not ready yet. No problem. I can be patient. An hour later, still, no room. Answer from front desk when I asked if they could expedite the cleaning of our room "I'll pass it on to management." Management, I'll take my remaining 50 nights to the O'Henry who respects the loyalty of their customers and staff is not flippant.
