Additionally, I had concerns about potential noise due to the central location; however, the hotel proved to be remarkably quiet. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. "The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. I went straight to the hotel after my arrival in Hanoi. It was 11:30 am, so I was just trying to store my luggage until it was time to check-in which is at 2, but they were able to let us check-in at 11:30 am which was amazing. The room was also clean. "
