"We had a nice surprise to find out the junior suit had late checkout as well as a couple of house drinks at the bar. Having that extra time let us relax in the executive lounge before leaving."

"Personal service excellent. Our flight was delayed and we were late checking in. The night porter was very welcoming, he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Very friendly staff. Parking at door, very easy. Whilst we didn't use it, the train station is a few minutes walk away which takes you into town quickly. Lovely city park in front of hotel and at top of adjoining road. Breakfast very good also. Lovely relaxing bar onsite. Just one thing to improve, shower was over bath and curtain was a little short and restrictive - would ve been better with a shower screen."
