"Our family of three adults had a great stay at KBR. We booked Michael’s two rooms. Beds were comfortable, and we slept soundly without noise bothering us. There is a portable fan in the closet if needed. Room was clean, tv’s, mini fridge, coffee pots etc, and air conditioning worked well! We made good use of the beach friendly supplies owner provides in the closet: 2 snorkel sets, 2 beach chairs, one umbrella, one large and one small cooler (I believe)!, towels and 2 beach mats per room. Staff at the resort were all super friendly and helpful. Amenities at the resort are beautiful: pool, beach (not swimmable, but great for relaxing etc.), restaurants, Starbucks etc. Parking is easy to do, but a smidge of a walk from the room. I believe we paid 40 a day, plus tax. Michael, the owner, was very responsive and had lots of great suggestions. Communication with him was easy and fast. He has properly represented his property in his listing description! KBR is centrally located, but not immediately next to anything, so renting a car is really a must, in my opinion. We enjoyed exploring the island during the day and coming back in the evening to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We would stay here again if travels bring us back to the beautiful island of Kauai! "
