This property is aged and needs much updating. Old wrinkled carpets, torn drapes, garden view is a gross water holding pond. Lounge chairs by the pool are saggy and old. No food or beverage service by the pool. The beach is small and has a natural rock shelf just a few feet out. Not a good swimming beach. The flight path flies right over the pool area. We could hear flights all night long from our room. Parking lot is a bit of a walk, feels longer when it's raining. Resort charged me parking and resort fees at check in. Thought the resort fees were included in the trip package. Positive is the few staff members are kind and friendly. Our room was clean. Wish they included tea instead of just coffee in the room. Also not mentioned, they have a Starbucks counter by the gift shop. Wish I knew before day 4. Also the gift shop has a sundries display in case you forgot something. Nice gifts, pricing about the same as elsewhere on the island. Would I stay here again, no.

The property is beautiful and clean. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I would give it five stars, but the beds were hard and small. Also, there is not much for dining options. We never ate at the resort because either the timing did not work out for us or we didn't want to spend that much on breakfast each day. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it!

With Outrigger repurchasing this property they have made significant investments since our 2019 visit resulting in a much higher quality product and experience. We were very impressed. Do know however that there are resort and parking fees totaling about $70 per day on top of room charges so plan for that in your budget.

The bar, restaurant, tiki/snack concessions were convenient and the service was great. The little convenient store was also nice. Only negative is that the ocean is rocky and the surf was rough so we couldn’t swim in the ocean at the property. Beaches nearby are a good option . So many great places to tour that are short drive from the resort

We really enjoyed our stay at Outrigger. The restaurant was having some struggles given I think the holiday week and being understaffed. Overall, it's a lovely resort. Would like to see more lounge chairs out for everyone.

Staff, including housekeeping (Cathy & Lerma), Valet, Front Desk, & pool bar were friendly and efficient. The food and drinks at the pool bar are excellent and it’s located next to the pool/slide, so it’s easy to watch your kids while you relax, eat, & have a drink. This is our second stay here and we were upgraded each time, which was amazing. We are so grateful :) I highly recommend this resort and will be returning here with my family when we visit again :)
