"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking view—it was truly the highlight of our trip. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, offering warm and welcoming service throughout our stay. The thoughtful little touches really made the experience unforgettable, such as the adorable dog bed and bowl for our furry friend, and the romantic swan-shaped towels with rose petals scattered across the bed to celebrate our honeymoon. Every detail was perfect, and we couldn't have asked for a more memorable getaway. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an exceptional and personalized experience!"

"Very pleased with Hanmer Springs and this lovely old hotel. Ground floor room with a patio. Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was tight and with the toilet a tight space behind the door … probably impossible a fit for obese people. A very nice pool and walks around the grounds. We ate in and were very pleased with the range of wines and beers. In particular we were very impressed with our meals of Lamb shank & Belly pork. The continental breakfast was fine and plentiful and certainly a good start to the day. Hanmer Springs Hotel is central to a spectacular resort and we were glad we booked it"
