As an inexpensive hotel in close geographic proximity to the airport, this Best Western's fine. The problem is that getting from the airport to the hotel's incredibly complicated and difficult, and the hotel did nothing to give me information before the trip. It turns out that there's no simple shuttle running every few minutes, there's a paid bus with a limited schedule. If I'd known beforehand, I could've planned accordingly or even just pulled pounds out of an ATM and gotten a taxi, but I never received any information or instructions before my trip. Airport staff tried to help but had limited/contradictory information. I took the subway from Heathrow to the West Side in my '22 trip in less time than it took me to get 2-3 miles from airport to this hotel after arriving a little before 21:00 on 11/1/'24. Also, breakfast doesn't start until 7:00 (at least on Sunday I departed), which seems weird for an airport hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night for a morning flight from Heathrow. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very helpful and nice. Room was what o expected. Clean, spacious, amenties, great shower and a comfy bed. Will definitely stay here again if i have an early flight. You can also pay for a lift to the airport using a qr code in the lobby.

Convenient location close to the airport, just right for an overnight stay after a long flight before I pick up my hire car tomorrow. Property is old and dated with a few minor maintenance issues. Bar and restaurant are nice and relaxing. Food and menu are good

Overall, you can't complain about this property. It has everything you need albeit it's starting to get a bit dated. We used it twice. Once on the way into the UK and once on the way out because it's nice and close to Heathrow Airport yet not right underneath the flight path. The restaurant was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, 15 minutes drive to the airport. The lobby looked fine, but the room was horrible. Nasty bathtub, couldn't get hot water to warm up in the shower. Most of the appliances worked poorly. Do not recommend
