"The booking was easy and the hosts were very gracious and timely with communication. The property is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was pristine and well-stocked. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. The pool area is screened in to keep bugs out. The birds and wildlife were wonderful to watch from the second floor balcony at sunrise. We had a lovely time."

This home is great for just a couple or the whole family. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will be looking into staying again in this home on our next trip to Auburndale! "

"We stayed here related to work for hurricane Milton. This is a lovely home with everything you need. The property manager answered the phone anytime I had a question. And was very polite. Communication with the homeowner was very easy thru email. The neighborhood is so quiet. Every evening when we came in we would take a walk around the entire neighborhood for exercise. Every one we passed would wave back at us or say hello. It’s minutes away from Publix and WalMart and the downtown lake area for quaint little places to grab a bite. "

"When I arrived, I was told by the host they had NO knowledge that I was renting their property. Park rules are renting a minimum of 90days or more. which was not stated by VRBO.meaning I had no place to stay.after flying from Massachusetts, renting a car, and having no place to stay. Luckily the host agree to allow me to stay for 11 days. "
