The receptionist was very un professionals and rude in dealing with the customers. The door card was getting deactivated again and again it was so annoying and on the top receptionist was rude.

Nice hotel if a little pricey.
The hotel is nice and clean and breakfast was satisfactory. In the evening the food was of a good standard in the restaurant. The room is a bit overpriced considering you can get the same standard in Helsingborg for less. Otherwise a nice stay.

Nice quiet rooms with great views and professional staff. Nice amenities and spa facilities. Highly recommended play to stay in Gamla Landskrona and walking distance to city center and Landskrona Citadel.

Strange shower in the room, water fled all over the floor when you took a shower. The SPA didn´t work so well.

Trevligt hotell men har ingen direkt charm då det är ganska nybyggt. Frukosten var sisådär, saknade gröt och plättar som bara var på lördagen. Hotellet ligger centralt och har nära till allt.
