Overall my stay was good, The room was clean and quiet. Staff where friendly and where happy to put my bags in a secure room till check-in time. A couple of things however. The tv in my room had a issue where it was zoomed in and made it quite hard to watch the footy and the water pressure in the shower wasn't all that great. Besides that, I was happy with my stay and would consider coming back in the future.

Well I’m 64yo and to carry my bags up the stairs without help he just stood behind the counter and smiled then the cleaner had head phone on and stood in front of my door so I had to yell at him to move so I could get in to rest after dragging my bags up the stairs . Never stay at ibis again.

Whilst the staff were welcoming, there is only stairs, and the walls are paper thin! I could hear all the people that came in drunk and tvs. Not great if you want a good nights sleep!

I had the misery to stay in cell number 129 of the worst hotel I can honestly recall staying in. I travel a lot. A lot. This was a shocker. I wasn’t expecting luxury, I just needed 6 hours sleep before setting off, but this is was grim. The bed was ok, the linen was reasonable. The worst issue was an air-conditioner seemingly manufactured in a Soviet tractor factory. It made a staggering amount of noise which was impossible to sleep through. Without the AC the room was uninhabitable. Avoid this place.

Bed rock hard. Very limited bathroom linen. No soap/shampoo, just one container clamped to shower recess. No luggage rack. Aircon didnt work. No telephone to reception. Stained walls nd floors. Most stripped back accomodation I've ever come across for $169!!!! Anywhere….. Accor should be embarrassed to claim this motel.

Unfortunately we had few cockroach in our room and bathroom. Room definitely too small for 3 people, we wasn’t able to open our bags on the floor because of the lack of space. Good for one night stay if you traveling with backpack
