Parking is HORRIBLE!!!!! They allow ppl (who aren’t patrons of their hotel) to park in their lot, while inconveniencing those that are actually staying at the hotel. There was no parking and they suggested I park in the garage — next door to the hotel, at the 3rd level (with no elevator) carrying all my luggage.

Stayed here for one night after we had a flight get in late. Great location so close to the airport, rooms were so spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Wished I was staying for longer!

The restaurant services were terrible. We were seated but the table was not set, no silverware, no glasses, no coffee mugs. We waited for more than 15 minutes before we got the first coffee. It was not worth $20 for the breakfast.

Property is well maintained and there's a nearby metro station. Breakfast is great and staff in the restaurant are nice and friendly. Housekeeping staff is helpful and polite and room is very clean and spacious except the bathroom which is very small. Front desk staff are not friendly and made a mistake in number of breakfast cards given to us and to fix it in the morning it took sometime and a senior team member had to intervene. Elevator is too slow to come and too slow to open, looks very old. Parking is a bummer even though it's paid.
