It's the city so expect a lot of beeping horns during business hours and up until 10 at night. Everything in the room was clean and functional. It's not brand new, but great deal for $26/nt.

After traveling 24 hrs and arriving at 1am super tired, all i could wait for was to be able to go to sleep. Unfortunatley, once i got into my room, i was disgusted...it smelled like mold, i could t breathe, could t sleep, got soar throat from tryingv to sleep, never slept..dirty all the way around, bed lumpy, filthy...dont waste your time..spend few more dollars and go somewhere else

Our 5th stay in the last 2 years as the location is near everything without having any noise issues. Friendly and efficient staff and the room has everything you need with plenty of space to unpack. Will be back next time we're in VN/HCMC.

The bedsheets were not very clean and there was hair on the bedsheets! There was next no hot water in the shower, it was cool water not even warm. Finish on the sink was awful, needed a new sink a long time ago. Staff was very nice and cooperative.

Hotel is in terrible condition. Everything is old and dilapidated. There is a smell in the room and the bathroom is full of dead ants. The staff has attitude and included breakfast is terrible. They serve only 4 options and 3 out of 4 are not available. DO NOT RECCOMEND
