I stayed here at the end of October 2024 and every day and night, the workers were on strike and were shouting from 7am to 10pm everday I stayed there. When I went to complain I was told they would not refund any amount and was told there was nothing they could do. I had ants in my room and bathroom was dirty.

I stayed here last week for 5 days 4 nights. I booked this trip 2 months ago but little did I know the hotel workers were on strike. Our room was never cleaned and was dirty when we walked in the first day. I found two wet towels in the bathtub,a used razor, half used bar of soap and found two dead cockroaches in the bathtub. The room smelled like a damp mop. The hotel front desk weren't helpful in getting the basic items that come in any standard room. We had to go get everything from towels to bedsheets and clean the room ourselves. Every morning from 730 am until 10 pm the striking workers were chanting with several people using bullhorns to disrupt hotel operations. One evening the protesters prevented me from entering the parking structure. I left and returned when the police had arrived. A disappointed experience

Hilton doesn’t want to help the workers so the guests are the ones who have to suffer from it. No housekeeping at a Hilton property?? Paid an exuberant amount of money to be on vacation just for the workers to be on strike and wasn’t notified about it until the day before our trip. And they are loud. You can’t enjoy anything at this property. Never go to a Hilton property, cause they don’t care about their workers nor do they care about the guests

Despite the strike, always a pleasure staying here. Beach accessible, multiple dining and shopping options. Best location in Waikiki. Great R&R!

Rooms were falling apart - when asked to get it fixed, the fix didn't work. Lamps broken. Light switches that went nowhere. Slides were either broken or had limited hours. There were no real dining options in the hotel because of the strike that was happening. No room cleaning because of the strike. Loud yelling around the hotel as the strikers picketed at the entrances. Not good.

We were here for our honeymoon and there were strikes going on the entire time we stayed at the Hilton. There was very limited restaurants, and little to no cleaning staff. We had to get our own towels and cleaning products. The noise from the strikes completely ruined our experience there. The restaurants that claimed to be opened, were closed and the pools/bars were closed. This used to be our favorite resort to go to but our honeymoon was not the best it could be.

It was a strike and I wasnt aware of the stike. They were No cleaning of the rooms we had to get our own towels. Not a pleasant time.

I felt uncomfortable staying at this resort due to an ongoing strike. After I voiced my concerns and requested a refund, the staff and manager were unresponsive. Be sure to research thoroughly before booking, as the strike is still ongoing.
