It’s quiet. You can’t hear the loud ocean when the widnows are closed, unlike a couple other hotels I stayed at previously. The customer services are fantastic, and they are courteous and helpful, thoughtful. This quality is not found in many hotels these days. To compare my previous experience with one in San Diego, which is about the same level in terms of price, this is way way more pleasant to staying at.

This property had everything that we needed and more! It was clean, the staff was attentive and very nice, restaurant was tasty, and I loved that we were greeted with a lemongrass & ginger infused water. It's exactly what I needed after a long flight. I would recommend this hotel while in Waikiki!

We liked having a full kitchen. The pans weren’t right for induction stove. Took a long time to cook anything. Loved the lady in concierge desk. She took us under her wing and helped us get around.

We went there for our wedding. Got an amazing suite, a bottle of champagne in the fridge was our first “welcome” everything was outstanding clean, we got the best customer service ever, excellent view, super quiet and lots of shops around. A minute walk from the beach,, we travel a lot and this hotel is the best so far! Highly recommended!! We will definitely comeback again

Our suite was immaculate every day. Two balconies with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was very convenient location to the beach and also close to restaurants and shopping. The staff there was very accommodating. I would highly recommend it to anyone .

Spent weeks trying to find the perfect hotel. So so clean and comfortable! Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. This was my first time visiting so I did a lot of research on where to stay. I couldn't find one bad review about this hotel so I took the chance. The only bad comment I found was about the pool being small but it was perfect and so peaceful. Definitely would rebook!!
