Pretty uncomfortable beds and pillows were not great at all. Felt like a pull out bed. Obviously didn’t spent too much time in the hotel, so just a place to sleep at the end of the day.

False advertisement

The Hotel is outdated with a lot of repairs that need to be done for example the setting of the tv had a broken control the hair dryer was not working had several heat setting that didn’t work. When I checked in the front desk charge the resort fee then asked to bring back my card after I had already settled the payment that took 40 minutes to do No parking at the hotel. The pool was not heated the beds had a plastic cover on the bed so it wasn’t comfortable at all So I won’t be coming to this hotel again!

The microwave and coffee maker helped, but no closet to hang clothes and the space was small…room was dirty when we walked in and AC was very loud…it helped to have Good trucks across the street and 7-11!

One of the queen mattresses was beyond old, springs coming through the fabric, unable to sleep. No room service, the bedding, and towels was not changed even once. If you want clean towels, I have to go to the front desk to get them myself. The view from the window into some abandoned building with broken windows and filled with trash. Unpleasant to look at. There was a surprise $30 daily hotel fees for amenities was not previously disclosed, and had to be paid without any options, even though we weren't going to use any of them. Definitely never coming back here, and will not be recommending to friends and family.

Disappointing stay!

The room was a total disappointment compared to the pictures in the web site. Old furniture, horrible room finishing, terrible beds, old and unlocked windows. Service was below par. I was led to believe that parking would be avaiable and I had to pay for it, this should have been stated more clearly. The towels were low quality, small and looked dirty. Chairs in the room were teared up.

Tourist Trap

This place is undeniably a tourist trap, which is what you expect from a Waikīkī hotel. Parking is $40 a day, the bar that they advertise wasn’t open the entire time I was there, I did not receive room service (clean sheets, towels, etc.) the entire time I was there, the room was relatively dirty, the beds were not very comfortable, and the sheets and blankets had holes in them. Hotels.com advertised it at $120 a night, and I ended up paying $600 + $20 a day “resort fee” + $40 a day for parking. Ultimately, $780 for a 3 night stay.
