The computers were down when we got there and took forever to check in. I understand that is not their fault but we couldn't get a key to our room until 10:00 p.m. when we checked in at 3:00 p.m. The hallway looked like it hadn't been swept in about a week and the deadbolt to our room didn't work.

Early a.m. on Sept. 18, 17 vehicles were vandalized in the parking lot of the Tru by Hilton on Euclid Ave, in Cleveland Ohio. Our car was could not be driven. Our trip was disrupted and had to leave our car in Cleveland. The staff at the hotel said that there was security on staff but, that was completely ineffective. We waited for hours for a tow truck and police. The seating area outside the lobby was very dirty and stained to the point we could not use it. I am a Hilton Honors member and will now consider other hotel chains when booking stays.

Didn't like that they couldn't extend my check out just for 2 hours but overall experience was great nice staff rooms looks like dorm rooms but are there for its purpose. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great- the area is sketchy. 14 car break ins with a lot of damage the first night. Mine was not broken into. I brought my valuables in. second night they had security. You really couldn't walk anywhere because of the area. I am sure this will improve and the hotel is great- free parking very convenient but not secure
