DO NOT STAY HERE! Not even for 1 night

Do not stay here. I repeat DO NOT stay here. This hotel is a dump. Our bathroom door formerly the closet was off the hinges, the toilet roll holder was also hanging off the wall. No hair dryer. The front desk lady was rude from the moment we walked in. When j asked to be moved or for them to fix the bathroom door she said no. She lied and said someone went to the room to fix it and they didn’t. I told her no one came and she said too bad. I told her she had a bad attitude and she scream to come and say it to her face. She needs to be fired. She then lied again and said the lady coming to the room to fix the bathroom door didn’t make any supplies to fix it. She never came. I asked for the manager and she said he wasn’t there, gave me his card and said if I called the number I would get her so too bad for me. Just gross service. The hotel is nasty nasty nasty. We stayed one night and left early to sit in the airport for hours rather than stay at the hotel. It’s that bad. Don’t let the pictures fool you. If you put lipstick on a pig it’s still a pig. This hotel is a complete pig stye. We will NEVER stay here again. I really hope the manager fires that nasty woman at the front desk. She’s young and full of nasty nasty attitude. We also felt extremely unsafe here.

Great place to stay for preflight. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Only down side was the bathroom. The shower did not have good pressure and the sink faucet was not far enough over the sink, so when you washed your hands, you got the whole counter soaked.

Stay was good. Hotel was clean and staff was nice. I liked that the outside was quiet. No one was walking around and we felt comfortable. Two complaints though. The beds were extremely firm. Couldn’t sleep on the hard bed More than a night or two. But the room was clean and no other complaints about the room. The breakfast was good. Could really use a second waffle maker. One is really not enough. Overall would stay again.

They tried to kick us out of the pool earlier than what was posted. None of us in the group were being loud or unruly. When confronted about the discrepancy they allowed us to stay in pool until the posted time. Also the shuttle bus driver was going like he was training for the Daytona 500. Needless to say we got there quick.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were not helpful in regard to transportation from the airport or in general. They made excuses for the absence of the shuttle upon our arrival at the airport, despite advertising this service on the Expedia website. We were within their advertised time for the shuttle service, but no shuttle was available. When we called the hotel they said we would have to call a taxi as the shuttle was not available. When we arrived at the hotel two shuttles were in the parking lot. They did not offer reimbursement for the price of the taxi. Very disappointing!

Absolutely loved our stay here. My family and I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast that was provided. We also enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be returning.

I appreciated the shuttle service cuz My flight got in really late and I had to go back to the airport in the morning to pick up my luggage at Kmart separate flight and so it was nice to have to shuttle available to go grab it afterwards.

The property was ok, but the customer service was terrible. I was about an hour and a half early before check-in time. I was trying to get the lady at the front desk to let me check in a little early. She said she could check me in at 2:30 pm. She left for a break or something. She was relieved by another lady. At 2:30 pm, I went back to the front desk to ask if I could check in. The lady that relieved the first told me that she could not check in until 3 pm. What really upset me was her attitude. She was really rude! In fact, at one point, she told me there were other hotels around where I could stay. I was personally responsible for four other couples that booked a stay in that hotel that day, plus me and my wife!! What if I had done what the desk lady had suggested?

My room stink, gnats and roaches the water smells like sewage. Paint peeling in the shower. Rust around the rings. The bedding had holes, one staff member told me the deposit was 150 and when I arrived it was 100 so what was the other 50 for if you was telling me it was an additional 50 for early check in. Then I was checked out of my room before I actually checked out. It was too late to cancel so i was stuck.
