"The price was good the only issue is cleaning they could be cleaned better there was stuff left in fridge and rooms need to be sprayed for roaches "

"We really loved our time at Gulf Island beach and Tennis club. Owner was great at communicating with us. Facilities were great. We loved playing Pickleball, hanging out by the pool and playing games in the clubhouse. Only a bike ride to ice cream. We were sad it is already booked for next year, but found another unit. Hopefully the owner will be just as nice. "

"I find it's sometimes difficult to choose a place while visiting another state/city but this was a great choice to stay. Owner was responsive and I feel she really want renters to feel comfortable. The full time owners were nice also, always saying hi or a quick wave. I will definitely choose this condo again. "
