Beautiful property with specious room and good location. Our group was vegetarian so the managers at the restaurants accommodated with our special requests. Staff was very friendly. Only thing was that there was no direct access to the beach area because they locked their gates from inside when they could manage with a security guards. It could be nice to get out directly from the property to the beach rather than waking from side street. Absolutely recommend it to the the family and friends.

Great property right on the beach. The only downside is that they have closed the gate where the pool gives access to the beach, which doesn’t seem to make any sense restaurant breakfast is OK. I would give it seven out of 10 rooms. Very friendly stuff prices very reasonable.

Wonderful short stay
Great location close to airport but on the beach. Made welcome from moment arrived around 4 hours before check in time. Able to use all facilities and all inclusive food and drink before check in and after check out. Great range of food and drink included. Rooms very clean and a good size. Bonus was the evening shows between 21:30 and 22:30.

4th stay friendly staff upgraded room comfortable and stylish there was issue with noise it was like been on top of a night club till 11pm . Although they play music it’s chilled music in background. But my balcony was on top of this I did complain the staff was abrupt and said I had to vacate my room at 10 am in morning . There’s always been an issue when you get single room they supposedly have no view or balcony

My honest review is this is such a great hotel right on the beach and with really friendly staff. I took the all inclusive deal and I have to say the food, drinks were really good. I think all the staff I met went above and beyond in their duties and I was really impressed all the way. I made use a lot of facilities and I thoroughly had a great vacation.The hotel also puts on loads of live entertainment during the day and evening, I was expecting the money paid would cover all that but it did, i So I immediately went from a Im on short break to I’m on a five star vacation vibes, I also enjoyed waking up early in the morning and running a 10k on the beach reach the two ends of the beach and returning to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would be staying here on my next trip to Ibiza definitely. The local area also had clubs, restaurants, beach restaurants, places to rent vehicles or mopeds, supermarkets next door etc. I love Ibiza anyway.

Spacious, comfortable, clean and modernised hotel
Great stay overall, access to some services restricted. Whilst bottle of wine received and 20% discount limited to single purchase of hotel services, as a Platinum VIP member no room upgrade or late check-out was offered. Some parts of the hotel have not been refurbished recently and are dated.

I have traveled a lot and felt the reviews were weak on this hotel compared to my experience. Best all inclusive I have been to, food was excellent! Beds were like sleeping on a cloud, morale of staff was amazing and entertainment was full of spirit. People complained on reviews it was weak and music wasn't the island club vibe. All the places have noise restrictions, they gave an amazing vibe and good prime up before you go out for your island adventure
