When we arrived we found that the hotel had closed
We booked this hotel in the summer, when we arrived at the hotel on 21 Oct we found that the hotel had closed and was sold and turned into rental apartments. We were not advised that the hotel had gone out of business. We had to scramble to find a less suitable place to stay at the last minute. There were not many rooms available. Needless to say my wife was very disappointed

Irresponsible Hotel
The hotel was permanently closed without any notice. I had a hard time finding an alternative accommodation until late at night. They've made a mess of travel for all of my family, including my children.

Run far, far away! Disaster of a hotel.
So we checked in @ 8PM on a Wednesday night. Went to our room and noticed there were no towels in the room Went to front office and were told towels were being dried and they'd bring us some soon. They never brought towels that night. In the morning we went to front desk to get towels. Were told there were none because there was no one on staff "trained" to wash towels. Given two wash clothes as answer. Asked to speak with GM, told she'd be in soon. Went back to front office when GM was scheduled to be in. Ended up waiting @ 20 mins for her to show up. She was "busy" upstairs. Asked front desk to have her call us, left our number. Advised we wanted our money back. If we had been told we were never going to have towels to shower with, we would have stayed somewhere else that night. Never heard from GM or any other staff. Our toilet ran all night, couldn't stop it. Overall room was dirty, stains all over couch. Could tell building was poorly maintained. Neighbor had water rushing under his doorway in middle of night during rainstorm. Was charged regular price for room. No phone call or compensation at all. Will be contacting corporate. No one at hotel seemed to give a damn. Acted like this happens all the time.

WHAT HAPPENED???
My first room was dirty with no towels so the lady changed my room to the suite. I went in their and the bed downstairs had been sleep in and the bathroom had brown standing water in the tub and the air didn’t work. This really use to be my spot. Those days are in my past now I see. Thanks for the good times.

The location is good but too much noise during the night. No shower towels provided, you have to call front desk in order to get them. I booked a non-smoking room but had a bad smoke in the room. Slow check-in and waited 10 minutes during the check-out but still no one showed up.

Very nice Room.
The Room was very nice, large, clean with all the amenities. A good mattress on the bed. If I needed anything, I just went to the Front Desk and requested.

The pictures of this place are very deceiving. The nicest part of the room is the kitchen. The living area size is okay. The couch was very dirty and uncomfortable. The bed was also very uncomfortable. When we used the bathroom for the first time, it had pee stains on it. The bathtub needs some TLC. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower in there. The bathroom vanity was nice. I needed to go buy some soap and Clorox wipes to feel a little bit comfortable. Also, I don't have anything against smokers, but when you request a smoke-free room, it should not smell of smoke. The first night was pretty quiet, but once the weekend hit, it became loud. People party all night. No wonder they don't have a phone in the room. You can't call the front desk and complain..We could not commit to the whole stay. Will never stay here again. Read the negative reviews for this place. They are true.

Dingy experience
We reserved 2 rooms, but when went to check in they only had one reservation (8:50 pm) We were asked to go to our one room and wait 30 minutes and then come back as a manager had to be consulted about finding our additional room. After 1/2 hour , my husband went and we did get a second room. We had reservations for 3 in our room, but had no sheets, blanket or pillows for the sleeper couch. We went to checkin and got the bed accessories, but they did not have extra pillows. We also had to ask for extra towels as there were only 2 sets in the room. It was very evident that no one had been in room recently to clean as the clock had not been moved forward for daylight savings time, the floors were sticky and seemed to be dirt of some kind on the bathroom door. Also there was only one trash can in the whole suite. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and we will not be returning to this hotel.
