Staff are very friendly and welcoming, but the rooms and washroom smell and are dirty. Once we got the room it was not cleaned properly, the washroom sink was dirty and had black stains from previous guests, the table inside the room had a mark and a stain of makeup product, and lots of finger prints on the glass from previous guests. Besides everything that was stated, the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

A stone throwaway from the best of the old city

Quick stay-over. Great hotel, great location.
We stayed one night between flights at this awesome hotel. The hotel location is just perfect. Minutes from sights and nice restaurants. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Room was on the small side but very good, perfect for a single stay-over. Breakfast was very good with a vast selection of fruit and other tasty things. We used the hotel transfer service to go from and to the airport. It was very convenient and the driver was great. Well worth the money.

The location is super, very close to higi Sofia, blue mosque, Topkapi, grand bazaar etc. breakfast buffet is worth the money. staffs are very eager to help. Shout to Mohammed and hamdulla for extra miles to make my stay smooth and memorable. I have used Expedia to find this kind of property to travel to Dublin, jureslem, Mexico City etc., not disappointed.

This hotel has it all and thoroughly deserves 5 stars: helpful and friendly staff, spacious corner room with gorgeous view, delicious breakfast on the stunning roof terrace, 3 mins walk to Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque/Topkapi and the T1 tram stop, excellent dinner in Zeugma restaurant also on the terrace. And even a bonus: the charming Kybele hotel and restaurant opposite to relax with drinks and food in the evening.

We enjoyed our stay at Antusa Design Hotel & Spa. The air conditioner in our room was not working the first night that we got there, which was a little disappointing, we were not sure if they were going to fix it quickly but thankfully it was fixed during our second day. Other than that inconvenience, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We really liked Mr. Hassan who was very friendly with our kids during breakfast time. The location of the hotel was great, very walkable to the attractions. We would recommend to stay in the hotel to anyone who wants to explore Istanbul.

Value for money.
Pluses are the friendly service, views from the roof-top restaurant where breakfast is served and the location. We had power breakdowns on a few occasions when there were no lights for several minutes in the night. Our room was not cleaned despite having the ‘clean room’ light turned on before we went out for the day. But they brought us towels and bottled water when we informed the reception.

The property is close to everything, very walkable. Breakfast buffet was great. Cleaning was done everyday. The shower was clogged and overflowed until we unclogged it. Maintenance should probably be done more often. The staff at restaurant amazing, front desk amazing except on our last day. My son's airpods were stolen from his bag. The front desk just kept telling me to go to the address on Find My after I told him we already went there. That was all he offered and looked annoyed that we even brought this up to him. Unfortunately that experience soured our trip.

What was unique about this property is that everything was right for me.I liked my room, clean and comfortable. The terrace and restaurant are excellent. The staff was very polite and nice. The spa was very good. And I liked that they applied discount without me asking about it. If I needed taxi, they would find me taxi right away, if I needed water, they would bring it immediately. It was a very pleasant stay for me. If I will be in Istanbul again, I will choose this hotel.
