In our room the telephone didn’t work and the sink was clogged. They gave us another room the next day and the blow dryer didn’t work. Just frustrating for what u pay for a room

We were in a ice storm and the manager cares more about the staff. The manager called police on me because him questioned feeding his staff. I I'm payed for a room I couldn't stay in because the manager said he didn't want me there. I did morning wrong. I need a refund for my last hotel purchase because I didn't stay. I called customer service she kept getting hung up on by Expedia because I wanted a refund passed the check in time. I checked in 5 hours after the Check in time. Thank you for you time and service.

Stayed here the day after the huge storm that dumped 11 to 14 inches of snow on the city. Streets and the parking lot was only minimally cleared. Actually the local street wasn't cleared at all but the hotel lot had a decent path around it. Couldn't chance going anywhere else since i was already stuck once on the city road. Nobodies fault, but it made exploring difficult. Pantry store was picked over but the front desk was very nice about the offer on what they did have. Pool was closed, but explains the fabulous deal on got on such a well appointed room and hotel. Worth checking out! Especially with nicer roads and a 4-wheel drive!

A little bit older hotel, the room was a little tired, there was something mounted in the tile in the shower that was missing and was all discolored and had exposed holes. Lots of broken glass on the one side of the parking lot I was parked at.

There was an overnight incident and the kids were afraid as they heard men yelling and shouting in the hallway. The next morning several cars had broken windows. Thankfully my rental was not affected. This was during the new year’s time frame. Aside from that cleanliness and front desk service was exceptional. The stay overall was great.
