All the way down hill from when it was the Courtyard. The sofa and footstool were nasty and stained and should be burned. There were stains and burns on the walls and the floor of the shower has permanent stains, good thing we have shower shoes. The best part was the hot water and shower pressure. Lights went out and we just needed a good nights rest. The bed was okay for one night; I cringe to think about having to stay longer. NEVER AGAIN!

I love the most of the staff have very helpful, very polite and respectput. The mechanical engineer was very rude very disrespectful. You try to barge in on my girlfriend. When she was half dressed and screamed at her and then in front of our children and I know the staff doesn't know this. Really good stuff didn't know. This was happening because I never reported him how to respect for them. And if I wanted to stay there again because I like the placemy thing is this guy was so disrespectful of me. It threatened me he was trying to beat me. You got me with the cops. I'm doing green column. He was trying to get in the room and screaming at my girlfriend. As I came up out of the elevator go to staff the front desk and it's always helpful. Does Robin know she said she'd help me get my money back. I never got anything back from these people. The room was sold out and learned me reserved. When I should have had the first option first call? To keep you I like to know this is quiet and peaceful and nobody bothered me.And for the most part, the staff was good.Except for a few people , there's very helpful , very respectful and

Very very comfortable bed had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Check in was great and easy. Paid for the package with breakfast which was convenient for us since we were headed back on the road once we got up. Would definitely stay again.

This was a good hotel, our fridge didn’t work which was okay but would’ve been nice to have a properly working fridge. The bathroom door didn’t close or lock. Safe location, near hospital area.
