If you like a no frills place to stay, this is not a bad choice. Room was small for 3 people especially if you have luggages pre-cruise. The 2 person elevator was a plus compared to other similar places that do not have elevator.

I believed the reviews on Expedia, which said that the hotel was decent for the price. If you look at other booking sites though, they warn of bedbugs… and they’re right. I got on the plane today after checking out and noticed a nice bunch of bites going up my arm. I did notice small black remnants in the sheets, but I wasn’t feeling well and unfortunately didn’t think much of it after not finding bugs in the mattress itself. The room is fine if you’ll be out for most of the day, but the but issue ruined this stay for me.

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from a great public subway station in a nice residential area. The hotel room itself is really efficient, the rooms aren't huge or anything, but they're an excellent value for London. Staff are nice and it's a great place to stay.

The room was really poky,no fridge, hardly any space, tv was tiny. No guest laundry. The weird rule about no visitors was also a drawback, I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and none have had that rule,it’s just strange. It was convenient to the tube but if I’d known about the other stuff I wouldn’t have booked it.

The shower, could have been cleaned better, there was mold on the wall on The grout and in the corners We had housekeeping service daily, that was very nice, however the sheets weren’t change, The front guy was very nice and very approachable

If you like being woken up at all hours of the day because they test their fire alarm with no warning, this is the place for you. The tiny room I got needs documentation: No clue how the shower works No clue how the TV works No clue how the heat works NOTHING is written down to help you. Within 10 minutes of my being there, I found Thai food in the room from July. Yes, I have pictures.

Rooms a bit small. Too many smokers, even if they smoked outside, smoke drift into rooms through open windows. Staff very courteous. Too many fire doors one after another make it difficult to maneuver luggage.
