Not getting what's advertised
There was no kettle or ability to make hot drinks in the room. The tea and coffee was provided by the main desk, down a long hall, and was lukewarm at best. It's the only hotel I've ever stayed in where I couldn't make a hit drink in the room. The tv had minimal channels, and that's once there was a working remote. There was a towel over the sprinkler and it's clear that the hotel has gone through some major downgrades. The breakfast is a small bag with anuice box, yogurt, and granola bar (nothing peanut free) and there is no restaurant or bar as advertised. The restaurant attached is an Indian restaurant that while popular in Cambridge isn't what you'd expect for a Travelodge or any hotel.

The website said $90 a night and I got charged $132 a night and they claimed their website was wrong so I got overcharged. The room didn’t had a broken off safety lock, and the walls are not sound proof at all you can clearly hear what the neighbours are watching on tv

Mold and mildew around the bathtub, tiles in shower covered in soapscum and limescale. Stains on sofa, stains on carpet. Staff doesn't care when shown, told to speak to manager that's never there. Only positive things, are they allow pets and the sheets and towels were clean. Those were the only clean things in the suite.

Didn't stay in the room. Toi disgusting. I walked looked around at everything, made a note of all the ways I was disgusted - sight, smell, i didn't touch anything. Light switches and pulled the bedspread down only. Left in a real hurry. Don't understand how this "hotel" has anything to do with the good name of Wyjdham properties. Nightmare.

The check in process was fast and easy. We were 'upgraded' to a first floor, parking lot side room with two queen beds which was lovely as the king was not needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms were in a state of general disrepair. The carpets in the hallways are rolling and are an accident waiting to happen. Everything feels old sad and worn. The continental breakfast lacked contents. The coffee was fresh and hot, there were juice boxes, yogurt bars, and yogurt as well as apples and bananas. There was NO toast, or pastries which are pretty much implied when one is promised a continental breakfast. I guess you get what you get....the staff looked rather embarrassed. Anyhow thanks for the memories.!

The room was awful, felt like the 70’s and needs an update badly…. Dead bolt was broken on room door and hotel just feels sketchy and rundown! I wish a refund would be possible… never staying here again!
