"Fantastic family run hotel on 12 th floor. Views are incredible of the pyramids. Breakfast on terrace . Roof top bar with views of Giza. Welcomed at airport pick up and given Egyptian family meal on arrival. Reception give you anything you need and arrange transport to pyramids & a driver for day or however long you want to see attractions. Cannot recommend this hotel enough they are such a lovely family and everything you need ❤️🌍"

"I have stayed at this hotel twice. Kamal seems to be the local manager. At this time, I am providing information about him only, and not the property. Kamal is a very nice man. His English is very good. He greeted me warmly on both visits. On the latter visit, I arranged for two tours--of the step pyramids, Memphis and the Giza pyramids and of the three major museums. A good guide was provided for the first tour. I liked the driver who picked me up at the airport, so Kamal arranged for that driver for me throughout. Kamal is very detail oriented and seems honest to deal with. He seems to be well-liked by the hotel workers. I respect and like Kamal."

"If you want to stay near the pyramids and don’t mind the business of the roads outside, then this is the hotel for you! From the moment we checked in, Mahmoud was very welcoming and hospitable. He ordered a couple fresh squeezed mango drinks for us, which was a pleasant surprise after our long flight. We rented a car and there are parking spaces next to the main entrance. They have a security guard that watches the car lot and main entrance. That definitely gave us peace of mind. Breakfast was delicious and always served with a smile. Room is clean and spacious. Very nice hot water! Fresh towels and water bottles available anytime we needed them. Mahmoud made sure we made the most out of our trip and was always there to help us with anything we needed. We really appreciated him making sure we were taken care of. At one point he knew we didn’t have cash and loaned us some until we could get to an atm. They are REALLY great people that go out of their way for their customers. Mahmoud also has connections to great drivers/ services that can take you to wherever you want to go at an affordable price. Stay at this Inn, you won’t regret it!!"
