"It is a cozy hotel run by a family. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room condition was good and all the facilities ( TV/Air con/ hair dryer / bed) were very good. There was a spectacular roof top view we enjoyed the sun set very well. They served local traditional breakfast which we enjoyed very much. While it is in the middle of the hill and rental car access is not recommended, they provided special assistance when we drove there and left the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel staff were nice and helped me work out getting to the bus terminal. The included breakfast was delicious as well. Great location and room was part of the UNESCO heritage style design. Only feedback is the plumbing had some issues and my room smelled like poo."

"The hotel is in old Mardin city. Almost all the tourist location in the old city are walkable. The drive to the property can be tricky through small market lane. The hotel retains the beauty and charm of the Arquid architecture. And the open terrace give you a view overlooking the plains below. The hotel ataff are extremely polite and kind. "

"A nice new build hotel butik style. However we had breakfast booked but it wasn’t served as it wasn’t available due to it being a new hotel. Not set up as yet. Also the 2 family rooms booked (2 adult and 2 child) they only had 1 of that type of room So we had to compromise and take an additional room as they also did not have any pullout sofa or beds. We did get to a resolution but I was asked for more money but I refused and they accommodated in the end. Hotels.com was to blamed by management. "
