All the services were top-notch, from the fantastic breakfast to the stunning pool and breathtaking views. The resort is nestled up in the mountains, making it a peaceful retreat, but getting in and out requires either renting a motorbike or calling a Grab. The climb up and down is quite steep, though the resort provides golf cart pickups, which helps a lot. A special mention to the team for their incredible support when we had a motorbike accident—they were beyond helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even accommodating our extended stay. Their kindness and care during a stressful time meant so much to us.
