While locating the collection point upon check-in could have been clearer, this minor detail didn't detract from the overall positive experience. For us, the standout features were the excellent facilities and the incredibly spacious and clean rooms. After a long journey, having such a comfortable and well-maintained space to relax in was exactly what we needed. Location and facilities are good, great shopping and dining options available and close to Petronas towers however a tour would require booking in advance before your stay. The rooms are starting to look a little dated however all adds to the charm."
