"The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed. It was very relaxing. I love the lanai and it was super clean. I recommend it. The downsides of staying there included long drive to South Kona beaches, loud coqui frogs at night, roosters crowing at 3 am, and bed too soft. (I was warned about the roosters from a previous review). It was cool enough to keep the bedroom window closed, which helped with the noise. Pack your sleeping pills if you are a light sleeper! The kitchen had everything. We enjoyed staying up the hill for a change and liked the neighborhood. It is a good value for the price. "

"We recently took a special family trip—our last vacation with just us before our daughter fully embarked on her new journey as a military spouse. Though her husband couldn’t join us, this trip was a meaningful way to cherish our time together.The house was absolutely incredible, with breathtaking views that exceeded our expectations. We only wish we had more time to soak it all in! Communication with the property manager was seamless. During our travels from Oahu, a tropical storm grounded all inter-island flights, causing unexpected delays. Despite this, the property manager went above and beyond, ensuring everything was ready for our late arrival so we had no issues settling in.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property. We can’t wait to return!"
