"Great Hotel in every aspect. We have stayed here twice and loved it. Feels like home away from home. The only criticism I can think of is there was a young lady at the reception counter who delt with our check in and check out. She didn't seem very confident in here role and was rude to her offsides at the front desk who tried to help her. This added a lot of extra time to checking in and out."

"The staff were amazing. Everyone. Concierge by Sebastian was on-point everytime. Great food (the best steak of my life), local destinations and getting around the city recommendations. The whole team made the week special. Thank you Hotel Madero. We will be back!!!"

"We were able to check in a few minutes early, which was great. The front/ security desk crew were friendly & spoke some English to help us. Our unit was exactly as shown & we had some view from the 8th floor & a balcony which was nice. We were about 5-10 mins. from several places that we choose to eat at, which were good & public transportation was the same. Our only complaint was that the bed was pretty firm."

"Huge comfortable room. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food, but lots of restaurants close by along the river and a great breakfast at the restaurant next door, by the river."
